Edinburgh Street Lampshade
Introducing the Edinburgh Street Lampshade. This is a delightfully warm piece of home furnishing. It’s a characterful tribute to one of the UK’s most storied cities. There’s so much to love about Scotland’s capital city, and we’ve carefully woven as much of it as possible into this detailed, hand-drawn design.
This lampshade captures the spirit of the city, just in miniature. From the unmistakable silhouette of Arthur’s Seat, down the winding charm of Victoria Street, complete with a classic Lothian Bus rolling by, to the iconic Castle perched above it all, it really covers the sights o’ the toon.
Our original illustration is printed onto beautifully soft cotton twill, chosen for its subtle woven texture that adds depth and richness to the artwork. Each shade is then handcrafted to order, finished with neatly rolled edges and a single, discreet seam for a clean, refined look.
The quirkily elegant Edinburgh Lampshade is available to order in a variety of sizes and orientations. Pick from floor & table or pendant & ceiling. The drum lampshade style can work for the room and space of your choice. Sizes range from 20cm x 18cm up to 60cm x 30cm.
All handcrafted lamp shades are made to order so please allow 3 weeks. Free domestic UK shipping is available on orders over £100, so why not consider pairing them up in order to frame your chosen space. Or, you could create a striking matching set alongside our Edinburgh Streets Bolster.
Please note that due to the variances in screen resolutions, the true colours may differ slightly in person than on screen. To see examples of the lamps in person, please visit our shops in South Queensferry and Fortrose.

Our lampshades feature illustrations, which means the orientation you choose will dictate the direction of your design. If you need a shade for a lamp base or standing lamp, where the shade will sit on the bulb fitting, please make sure to choose the Floor & Table option.
If it’s a shade that will hang from the ceiling, or hang from it’s light fitting, be sure to choose Pendant & Ceiling. See the images for examples. The wrong orientation will mean your design is upside down, and the bulb will likely be visible over the shade!

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product onto one of our store gift cards or swap for a different product.
