Arran Lampshade
Inspired by the Isle of Arran, this handmade Arran lampshade depicts the sun setting over the iconic Lochranza Castle. This soothing scene is completed by a gently bobbing sailboat and Spring flowers in full bloom, a true picture of serenity.
With the lights on or off, the original artwork of this Arran lampshade remains rich in colour, with broad strokes rendering the heather-flocked peaks of the Arran mountains, patches of gorse along the hillocks, and the calm waters of the Firth of Clyde.
As one of our Scottish lampshades, this piece can serve as a souvenir of your time spent visiting the Isle of Arran, or as a way of bringing the natural beauty of Scotland into the comfort of your home. Whatever your motivation, this lampshade makes a stunning statement piece.
The Arran lampshade, like all our shades, is made from a soft cotton twill with a subtle woven texture. All our shades are hand-made in the UK exclusively by Harbour Lane, and are finished with rolled edges and a single seam to best preserve the scope of the illustration.
You can purchase the Arran lampshade in a variety of sizes and styles, ranging from floor and table to ceiling and pendant. All of our drum lampshades are available in sizes from 20cm x 18cm to 60cm x 30cm.
All handcrafted lamp shades are made to order so please allow 3 weeks. Free domestic UK shipping is available on orders over £100, so consider completing your order with a matching square Arran cushion to really tie the theme together.
Please note that due to the variances in screen resolutions, the true colours may differ slightly in person than on screen. To see examples of the lamps in person, please visit our shops in South Queensferry and Fortrose.

Our lampshades feature illustrations, which means the orientation you choose will dictate the direction of your design. If you need a shade for a lamp base or standing lamp, where the shade will sit on the bulb fitting, please make sure to choose the Floor & Table option.
If it’s a shade that will hang from the ceiling, or hang from it’s light fitting, be sure to choose Pendant & Ceiling. See the images for examples. The wrong orientation will mean your design is upside down, and the bulb will likely be visible over the shade!

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product onto one of our store gift cards or swap for a different product.
