As Harbour Lane is a small business we can only accept returns if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please contact Harbour Lane within 7 days of receipt of your delivery to arrange the return. Then make sure to ship the item back to us within 30 days of receipt.
As the products in our shop are usually made to order, if you need to amend your order or cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of ordering.
Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Alternatively you can return the product in person to the bricks and mortar shop, which is open between 10am and 5pm Monday - Saturday and 11am - 4pm on a Sunday. Please note, the studio is CLOSED ON TUESDAYS. To return your item in person, you must have first contacted Harbour Lane Studio at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange the return with the artist.
Custom lampshades are NON RETURNABLE unless faulty.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
