Directions for use: The whole leaves and flowers in this tea mean that it is sometimes easier to pinch rather than spoon the tea (8-10 leaves/flowers) into a pot or re-usable tea bag. Steep in freshly boiled (but not boiling) water and leave to brew for 2-4 mins according to taste. Enjoy!
500ml bottle. Weights will vary depending on the flowers and leaves.
Ingredients: self heal, cornflower, calendula, meadowsweet, red clover, ox-eye daisy, rose petal, chamomile, lemonbalm, peppermint, elderflower, nettle and plantain.
