Firstly, THANK YOU for all your orders. We have been completely blown away by the response and have been working non stop making the decorations to get them all ready for you.
By now, you've been patiently waiting and probably wondering where your order is. Unfortunately, the company we ordered the boxes from that the decorations are packing in had major delays and kept pushing back the despatch date and have now told us they won't be able to get the boxes to us in time. So we have had to find an alternative box at very short notice.
The good news is that we have found a replacement and are expecting delivery this week. As soon as they arrive, we will get your decorations boxed up and sent out to you. The boxes are a little different as they don't have the clear window on the front but will still work to keep your decoration safe when posting and storing.
Thank you so much for waiting and we can't apologise enough for the inconvenience this may have caused. It's been very frustrating for us too as we just want to get your orders out to you as fast as we can so you can enjoy them!
